None to mention for either their business acumen or staff well-being. Share holders may be happy.

Cons

Redundancies happen every year like clockwork. They pay the minimum requirement for their staff which is one week's pay per every year worked. To then add insult to injury, ACI then go and "CAP it" at the maximum statuary rate allowable, which is just £464 for every year you work for a company. In a word; very cheap, on both staff salaries and their redundancy packages.
