Pros

The company still has good potential and has some of the brightest people in the industry so it could once again become the highly motivated organisation that won and retained Customers for decades with world class products. At some point the shareholders will wise up to the antics of Heasely and path of destruction he has brought about for the sake of short-term gains.

Cons

The company is still rolling out the wave of change that started with systematic demise of any members of Management or Staff that did not agree with the new direction of ACI regardless of how well they were regarded by ACI Customers. Bureaucracy has taken over the company with over engineered processes and forms that do not add to the bottom line for the share holders.

Pros

Lots of room for personal growth and development due to the rate at which the organisation is growing

Cons

Specialization of roles is a major theme which leads to a silo mentality being developed within the organisation. I think there needs to be a balance of generalists vs specialization.
