Salary is decent, I have the option to telecommute, flexible time off, dental benefit is good, career advancement opportunities.

Cons

Medical benefit could be better (high deductible), change control process is painful for those in IT with a lot of time wasted, lots of unnecessary conferences calls, upper management often implements non-sense rules.
