Pros

Large company, decent base salary, remote office, set own hours.

Cons

Commission is capped. Management has no direction. High stress. Most staff have checked out and don't care that you have a client down. Management made discriminatory comment during sales meeting. Not a good company to work for now.

Open to remote workers due to growth via acquisition

Cons

The CEO ratings on glass door tell it all. Leadership is blind to the dysfunction which has driven some of the worst customer sat ratings you will ever see. The CEO positions one internal organization against the other and it is always clear who the CEO favors organizationally. What this means to the employee is unhappy customers and unhappy employees but happy Aci executives. It's remarkable the market rewards this company with higher stock price.
