Engaging environment, flexible work schedule, ability to work from home when needed, opportunity to advance and excel, good benefits and pay, co-workers are all team players!

Cons

Building location is ok, parking garage not the greatest. Occasionally the company likes to acquire other companies... this causes employees to question if they will be part of the next wave of layoffs but this is typical activity with any corporation. Benefits are good but can use some improvement.
