Pros

Flexible schedule which allows me a good work/life balance. Most coworkers are hardworking and helpful. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

A lot of time and staff wasted on useless stuff. They hold multiple meetings just to discuss the ACI values and the yearly review process which could be done in an e-mail. Some US based employees with long tenure are “know it all” and very resistant to changes. The change process is the most complex and bureaucratic I’ve ever seen. It’s so difficult to submit a change request and get it approved. A lot of time is wasted on that. Upper management is often making non-sense decisions without getting employee feedback.
