      Pros

      Flexible working time, work from home, free days for legal holidays that are during weekend, leaders from US are very nice.

      Cons

      Other benefits were cut off, salaries going down during fiscal changes, you really need to fight for years to be promote to next level and is more important to be visible than excellent in your work, leaders doesn't appreciate you.
