      Pros

      They will start your GC after one year of employment and if you are in a contract. They pay on time

      Cons

      No one answers your call except the dumb receptionist Sales managers cannot be dumber than this; No technical knowledge at all No contract means no pay, even if you are full time. This is against DOL rules. I am looking at options to move DOL on this Marketing is very poor. They just has only one direct client

      Pros

      Got the opportunity to come to USA - the Only Pro I see !!!

      Cons

      Gave the offer letter after landing in USA and decrease in the promised salary - Very disgusting. Indirectly pulls your leg for unnecessary things. No culture in the company. Just silently work for the client. This heading can come in the Pros too.

      Hiring process is good and pretty fast. Average pay scale. Work environment is quiet ok. Company culture is also quiet ok.

      Cons

      They have low pay scale range. Very few perks so most of the employees leaves pretty soon. Expect the experiences with management to vary widely. Some are great, some not so much
