      Pros

      At least in my project the timings were flexible, HR & Management staff is good, Technology wise they are started to grow but slow.

      Cons

      Nothing major cons, they are trying to get more projects but most of them are hold, also before any project is finalized they will hire & if it does not work, all will be moved to bench.

      They pay you a good salary

      1)No projects for few groups like the cloud group. 2)People with lack of experience and no insight are leading the company. 3)Control goes to anyone who is good at manipulations. 4)Lot of politics n blame game. 5)No respect for employees. 6)Lack of Professionalism Overall worst company to work for.
