      1) Got good client list 2) Management listens to you. Gives opportunities when on bench (moving from project management/Program management) 3) HR at Bangalore has improved a lot (organized Health camps/activities)

      Cons

      1) Need to improve the company’s brand in the market 2) Salary hikes can be project/BU based instead across the company

      Pros

      I found working at Calsoft Labs for the last 3 years to be an exciting experience! This company allows you to grow in various areas based on your interest and experience. The best part being you get to know your end-clients and work towards the actual requirements. This of course will suit you best, provided you are upbeat and in sync with current programs.

      Cons

      Getting into the mould of servicing and into clients know-how can be challenging! You may have to adapt to changes frequently and tailor your timelines accordingly. Balance essentially would be the key.
