1.Great place to learn, exciting mix of collegues 2. Concern about overall well being 3. Handsome payouts 4. Great leadership 5. Nice base of good clients and project 6. Best inhouse trainings 7. They assist if you face any problem from the client side, be it work hour wise or anything else.
Cons
1. Lack of team building activities 2. HR system feels mechanical except few exceptions 3. Its inclining towards a big service based company 4. Work life balance and holiday decions are by client only
