They never follow ethics. The rules defined by the company will never be followed by them but they expect the employees to strictly follow the rules and policies defined by the employer. If you come late for certain number of days, they will deduct it from your lesve balance but your incentives and bonus are never paid in time. If deducting leave is company's policy what about paying out the incentives on time?
You don't maintain the required number of hours/ month or week, you have to apply leave to tally the hours, but nothing from the company will be given to you on time.
Rules should be same for each and everyone. If company defines a rule it has to somehow kerp up on it, without that you can't ask the employees to strictly follow the rules.
You'll never be called for an appraisal review, suddenly out of no where you'll receive an email with the appraisal details snd if we go see the managers they would say we'll do it good next time.
