As of now personally I have not felt anything

* Bad upper management. No empathy for employees * No work-life balance. WhatsApp calls on personal phones on weekends - odd timings like 2AM IST without prior intimation. And these calls are made to discuss fixes in non-prod environments. * The US-India coordination is terrible. No concept of follow-the-sun. Scrum meeting timings keep changing as per the whims and fancies of the US team and without even consulting the India team. You are expected to join meetings that will go on and on for hours without you being involved. But you need to join and listen without adding value. Calls go upto 12:00AM IST. * Daily calls after 9:30PM IST * Bad infrastructure in the Bangalore office. Cubicles are old, rickety chairs, mice moving around(seriously). * Employee satisfaction is NIL. Appraisals ranging from 0-10%. Don't even dream of your variable pay. Assume it won't come. * No proper OT for weekend on-call related work. 500-1000 per weekend day when you end up spending hours over the weekend working on issues when you're on-call. * Join at your own risk. If you think your current company is a living hell, thing again. If you join, it'll be from the frying pan into the fire.
