Prior to joining several things were not told. Candidates coming from product companies may be surprised after joining. I am not blaming the company but HR can openly speak some of these Here are some of the Cons 1. There is attendance and strict time logging 2. No Work from Home facility 3. No Cabs 4. No Cafeteria 5. Time gets deducted if you go out to have food outside. 6. Old desktop PCs to work with 7. May be moved to different project based on requirement(although you are hired for something)

1)Top management is horrible.They are not at all concerned about employee welfare.Some incapable leads and managers are running the show. 2)Employees are treated bad when it comes to giving hike.Delays hike atleast by one month.They keep saying the same thing just before hike, that the company is not doing good financially.Hikes are never good. 3)Large variable pay amount.And for no reason, regardless of his/her performance, they cut a good amount from the variable pay. 4)Outdated lab pcs.There is a shortage of lab devices, that includes lan wires. 5)Clients directly talk to employees.Employees managed by both client and company,Company takes no effort to prevent this. 6)To empasize point 2,these people have even organised a beer bash supplying all expired beers. 7)Top management such as Mr Ramandeep and Mr Narendran only seen for beer bash.Otherwise they would be busy travelling than to find some time to listen to the employees concerns.
