      Free, relaxed atmosphere, business casuals dress code. Competitive pay (as long as the client decides not to withdraw the project, that is!)

      Cronyism Lack of good clients No technical excellence centers Lack of processes Incompetent managers, ignorant of technology Arbitrary decision making Lack of long term vision Abroad opportunities only for management's favourites

      1. I like it because work culture is not that Hifi which suits my personality 2. Made some good friends 3. Long timer no problem
