      Pros

      You will get paid on Time. Cant think of anything else apart from that.

      Cons

      Actually i worked for ALTEN US subsidiary of Calsoft labs as a full timer for 6 months. The management is crap. Nobody communicate correctly. Top management keep on changing. 1. I asked for a performance review paper for my 6 month and they did not gave it to me. Hope to get at least W2 for the 6 month i have worked there.

      Pros

      Decent package. Interview was accurate and to the point no stupid questions or beating about the bush by far. Nothing else i can think of as of now.

      Cons

      Worst Team and Learning Culture-discouraging environment. Cheating people with fake promises. They tell u many things about the most promising product portfolio and excellent and nurturing learning environment and team culture and many fake promises that u would be travelling very often since product is n a fact paced environment etc., and all that but don't get cheated. Very bad team culture and worst place for people who want to learn and grow or nurture themselves working in a conducive environment.
