      1. I like it because work culture is not that Hifi which suits my personality 2. Made some good friends 3. Long timer no problem

      Cons

      1. Time keeping policy 2. facilities may be not thats as available in a good company 3. Dearth of available projects

      Pros

      At least in my project the timings were flexible, HR & Management staff is good, Technology wise they are started to grow but slow.

      Cons

      Nothing major cons, they are trying to get more projects but most of them are hold, also before any project is finalized they will hire & if it does not work, all will be moved to bench.
