It has been an enriching experience to be part of an amazing RMG team. The work environment is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely makes you feel good about your work and contributions. It is a great experience to perform the operational activities through various RMG tools such as .The well-structured RMG portal plays a key role in helping us work efficiently by providing easy access to data and tracking progress. The ACL Stars provides the complete visibility of organizational skills,standarized resume format and I felt well-supported from the beginning, thanks to the RMG team leaders for providing the clear guidance. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the support and mentorship from Swikrita. She’s very approachable and always willing to guide and motivate the team, which has really helped me grow professionally. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you're looking for a positive atmosphere, continuous learning, and a team that truly supports your development.
