Learn lots of new technologies and freedom to implement them, Great environment for freshers, Friendly managers, Good job profile, (mostly device drivers related)

Cons

Poor infrastructure Higher variable component in salary You'll be either fully busy or fully free, poor resource management. No onsite opportunities.
