      Flexible timing to work. No Pressure from high level management.

      Cons

      No proper Systems to work. Still maintaining Pentium P4 processor systems. Worst in satisfying developer's requirements.

      In my perception, though its a small company, they pay well (i dint't get it though). And work culture was really good, comparing to big corporates

      Cons

      I don't see much downfalls in the company as such, except that they haven't processed my appraisal for 3 years. And when you can recruit new employees with high package why can't you give an appraisal to current employees.
