      Pros

      One of the best things about Alten Calsoft Labs is their decent corporate office space in IBC Knowledge Park. One would be very lucky if they get a chance to work from there, as most of the work is carried out from their customer location and you would rarely get a chance to actually work from Alten Calsoft Labs.

      Cons

      It is common to see discrimination against the onsite employees by the customer. Notifying these problems to the reporting manager at Alten Calsoft Labs is pointless, since the reporting managers are actually people from sales department and these discrimination, I can only assume, is an after effect of having a bad rapport with the customer.
