1. If you can negotiate, they gives good hike while joining.(Only Good about the company)

1. You will be at clients mercy, ACL Hr or Manager doesn't have much say. 2. The HR poc are so dumb, when asked about the 1-2% hike even when client review was good, there response was "we didn't get any, so u r lucky". 3. They will never give you ur complete FnF settlement and you have beg for it
