Pay is good, good technology roles available. It's worth working here only as long as your are seated outside of your client location. If you;re in the main office, it's pretty strict.

Cons

Limited employee benefits (can't blame them they're a small co.) Most employees work out of the client location with little to no interaction with the Calsoft management. So you're pretty much an individual contributor because clients don't treat consultants like their own employees. You need to fend for yourself. No long term onsite assignments which is really lame considering they are a subsidiary of Alten which is French.
