They have some very good client where they deploy you. If the performance is good then they will hire you as permanent employee.

Cons

There is very less in-house project,you will be hire for the client you will be at contract employee , so if the client fire you, most of the changes is , you will fire by ACL as well at the same time.also there is no kind of meet they do on regular basis for the client side problems.they won't listen to you.
