1. No cab facility at all 2. No work life balance 3. There is no review process followed in company for code maintenance 4. Lack of experience people in company makes the juniors less confident about their decisions on code review. 5. There is no prior discussion with team members about client requirements. Mangers say "yes" to every demand and creates pressure on employees. 6. Managers are not sound in technical aspects hence cannot take correct decision in team scrum and fail to deal with tasks gracefully. 7. If you have enough confidence to do the things alone and if you feel you can find your own way then only join this company. 8. There is no proper knowledge transfer from senior employees and also there is no documentation of code which creates a lot of pressure on employee to understand the things in short time.

Worst managers. Worst HR team. They did not even bother to pay the full n final settlement fairly.
