Good for Freshers to start there career with Alten Calsoft labs. Better Salary than the bulk recruitment companies. Learning will be good.

Cons

Hike is average after one year. Work From Home facilities are not provided. Need to conduct more cultural events. Training session should be conducted more frequently.

1.We work hard at client location and they least bother about the employees working at client location. 2.Our manager in Alten Calsoft doesn't even know our names. 3.I asked about my hike and he asked my name, my client company name and further he said you did not perform well but i got excellent rating by manger in client location. 4.Even HR people only talk to the employees for time sheet only. 5.My manger in client location assured me the bonus and promotion for my work and given me the excellent rating but i didn't receive any of the both.When I asked about the bonus and promotion they replied me in a rude manner saying "I cannot help". 6. MY SUGGESTION """DO NOT JOIN at client location"
