      Good pay with decent benefits (health, dental, and more). Team driving helps with downtime and covering more miles Dispatch team, quick to respond, and their after-hours team is fantastic

      Delays at loading docks can sometimes throw off your schedule Long hours on the road, often out for 2 weeks
