Low pay Lacking training Way behind on technology

Hostile work environment. People are rude and unprofessional and blame it on being stressed and overworked. No sense of teamwork. Upper management is extremely out of touch and it is quite evident they don’t care about their staff. Turnover is extremely high. Just look at how many open positions they have at any given time. It’s not because they’re “growing”, it’s because employees leave due to stress, poor management, long hours (OT is expected for many due to being understaffed). Pay and benefits are below average.
