      Pros

      Just about everyone hates the place as much as you do.

      Cons

      A newer system that employees still don't understand how to work. Loans are not being reviewed timely, errors to payments and rates are frequent, managers aren't familiar with loan processes so they can't/won't help.

      Close to home; loyal customers; good healthcare.

      Cons

      Too much remote work since start of Covid. Now employees are very much disconnected and work in silos. Sense of working together is long gone…by five years, and counting.

      Pros

      Some coworkers were nice. That’s about all I can think of.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. People are rude and unprofessional and blame it on being stressed and overworked. No sense of teamwork. Upper management is extremely out of touch and it is quite evident they don’t care about their staff. Turnover is extremely high. Just look at how many open positions they have at any given time. It’s not because they’re “growing”, it’s because employees leave due to stress, poor management, long hours (OT is expected for many due to being understaffed). Pay and benefits are below average.
