Pros
At my facility, the people were the best thing. Good management and leadership. The salaries for non-exempt staff were competitive for the area. There was room for promotion and many promotions came from within.
Cons
ACS was lagging behind in vacation leave and holidays. Salaries should have been higher for leadership roles.
