I started with ACV in 2018 when the company was in the growing phase. It was great. Everyone was excited, motivated and just wanted to sell cars. Great company in the beginning

Cons

Then ACV went public and it all went down hill. Leadership from AVP's to CEO truly needs to step down. Horrible leadership. As a TM your budgets get so far out of wack, you cant make any money and all the good rep leave because budgets were so far out of line. Tenure of a TM is less than a year. RSD tenure is about 2 years.

Found out that there are many different salaries for the same position. I am a protected class and my salary was lower than most of my fellow teammates doing the same job. My attorney has it now. Diversity and inclusion??? What a joke.

You sign up new dealer business and manage a team of inspectors. Then you are an arbitration manager. A scheduling manager. A shipping manager. A deal maker throughout the day. A transportation manager. A title manager. A payments manager. A new product trainer. A performance manager. A missing car manager. All of this Monday through Saturday from 8am until 11pm
