Where to begin?! No gear provided to work in the elements, you don't get reimbursed for providing your own. Being micromanaged trickles down from corporate and we just get hit with it hard core all the way around. Lately it's just one thing after the other! We aren't taking good enough pictures, now our CR,s are being audited now if we clock out 1 minute late we are expected to do another CR if you clock in 1 minute late you get a point. It's just snowballing out of controll and the CR writers are just getting hit hard with so much ridiculous crap that it's not making for good environment for people to work in. You have to hit two cars an hour no matter the condition of the vehicle and you can't miss anything. Your time in-between cars is an issue. When it comes down to it Adesa's CR writers are the bread and butter for the company and yet it seems like we are treated as nothing more then a doormat. There is so much miscommunication, favoritism and turning a blind eye to things that should actually be handled properly by a "manager" at this location it's unbelievable! All the so called "mangers" at this location just sit in a truck and drive around the lots all day and sit and stare at the CR writers while they are working and make them feel uncomfortable and overwhelmed like they are doing something wrong. Don't get me started on the GM. Take my advice whatever you do do not come to work here, there isn't an option for advancement whatsoever!
