Good employees, you deal with a lot nice cars sometimes anda lot of times s lot of junk cars. Nice on summer days and a early tan from the blacktop

Cons

Never encouragement, 2% raise if that. The company won't give bonus for outside great i.e... rain gear, snow jackets snow boots. Never any hazard pay for seasonal issues like hurricanes or flooding

Pros

It is a fast paced environment, which is great for those who like to keep busy and do something different every day. Good PTO and 401k matching.

Cons

It is not what you know, but who you know. If you want to move up, spend less top working, and more time socializing. Because in the end your hard work will leave you frustrated and unfulfilled. It is a very male dominated organization, and women are overlooked even though they are more qualified for positions. Management will repeatedly hold you back from growth because "they can't afford to move you right now." Management receives high bonuses each year, while the employees who put in the 50+ hours get small insignificant raises. Actually if you are a male and in a management role, this is a great company for you to work for!
