Fun people to work with, get to drive a variety of newer and older used cars, trucks, etc. Flexible schedule, work when you are available.

Cons

Unpredictable schedule, management keeps employees who consistently break rules and have poor work ethic.

good 401k and health benefits that's it

Cons

I don't know where to begins almost all cons from the pay to the mandatory overtime. The managers are all out for themselves with no teamwork or training. I was an employee from the beginning for over 19 years with a lot of blood sweat and tears but that does not matter they are just looking to pay the least they can and move out anyone making money. Poor training and management does not have your back nor they use you and tell you to do something they get you in trouble by doing just what they told you.

They are ok the jobs get repetitive at times but it pays as long as you stay bust and go to work.

Cons

The management sucks and the way the process of which the car's are brought in sucks also.
