No direction from management. Policy changes all the time. There is definitely a good ol boy network going on

Other employees were very enjoyable to work with on a personal level.

Cons

Crazy ammounts of overtime that turned a good annual salary into less than minimum wage if you take in account of hours worked. Most other employees at company would do as little as possible and cause management to schedule them for overtime. Company recruits temporary labor force who majority of them look like they are on many different types of drugs.
