      No day the same, constantly busy

      Bad Site Management, blatant favouritism and flirting with younger team members who are aloud to be sat on their phones most of the day and having long breaks, while the older members with good work ethic do most of the work and without being appreciated, and when you speak to your boss about your concerns you get a very defensive and aggressive reaction and from that time forward your working days will be made hell and you will be unsuccessful with any further transition in the company, if your face doesn’t fit you’ll be pushed out. Company are uncaring. I put 100% into my work and in the end I was taken for granted and made to feel unworthy and was eventually signed off with work related stress got no ACKNOWLEDGEMENT or SUPPORT FROM HR or HIGHER MANAGEMENT I can only presume they didn’t want to upset the Site Manager.

      Poor Management & Poor Quality Work - Can't Keep Top Talent

      - work life balance - newer technology - opportunities for those who follow suit - downtown toronto - easy to hide

      Cons

      - cover your self before someone throws you under the buss - ad-hock and selective policy enforcement - no rewards for individual contributions - no bonuses, inflation only - politics - follows the "SAFE" bible - no comrodery - no tech leads driving front end development

      Good people to work with, Niche technology

      No brand value, no vision of higher management, no professional approach towards retaining top talents, Low profile workplace, no onsite facility like food vending, You have to struggle even to get a cup of coffee in the morning. No perks whatsoever.
