      Friendly atmosphere, mostly Laid back, again, mostly

      Cons

      Work outside with NO company-provided weather hazard equipment. Very high school clique-ish. If your not in the club, the truth doesn't matter. Will promise raises, but never deliver. Double standards everywhere. Poorly managed job flow.

      Nice new office space with some benefits. Collaborative work environment. Got to travel on occasion to assist with events

      Cons

      Pay was not good and did not increase over my 4 years of employment. Not a lot of career future opportunity in the marketing department. Not ideal for young employees looking for their first job.
