Pros

All customers I have came across absolutely loved my work ethic and how much happiness I bring to the company. Many transporters have transferred from morning shift to evening shift to see me more often to avoid the busy side of Adesa and the very “ rude” morning lady I’m always being told about at Adesa Boston.

Cons

The security account Managers do pick favoritism for specific people especially for the ones who don’t do their jobs. Not a professional boss either. Well neither actually LOL.

Pros

Generous paid time-off package Good HSA

Cons

Mechanic Shop manager has very little people skills. Work load is very broad and never sure of what job exactly or who's shoes you will be filling each day. Manager will make you feel very unappreciated for the job you do/only points out your mistakes and does not bother to acknowledge any of your achievements.

Pros

Nones at all, very negative and most employees are druggies even though there is supposed to be drug screening

Cons

In my time there over 15 employee were fired for never having drivers license after getting hired for a car auction lot!!!
