New management sucks

Pros

they have very nice employees there and are easy to work with.

Cons

New management means new regime. its like the Holocaust there now. getting rid of the old and replacing them with new employees. GM is a racist, I know because I have messages of her calling some of the best employees racial slurs. If you're not kissing anybodies butt then you are no good to these people. GM is very dishonest with the car sales, selling certified cars with huge hidden issues that will come up in the future. they punish people for theft which is ok but they have containers full of expensive equipment taken out of cars and have no paperwork for it. All that money is going straight to their pockets. just very dishonest people.

Awful Management

Pros

The dealers coming in on sale day and speaking with them

Major problem with favorites and how they get better incentives and get by with things that many employees would get in trouble for. Tons of gossip and drama about other employees which in turn goes up to management and they believe the gossip and let you go without hearing your opinion about the matter. Management does NOT care about the employees and their job performance all they care about is their money and if they don’t get their money they don’t give you a second look. One of the worst places that I have been treated as an employee and having other employees trying to get me fired because I did an amazing job and was good at what I did. This is one of the worst places to work when the current management took over, they don’t care about the employees the hire up management just wants to get their check every month. Their is also major favorites that pursuade management to believe that what they are saying is true and this is very wrong in my opinion. I would not consider being treated well and being told you do a good job unless management is happy that they are making their major and high amount of money every month. Not a good place to work if you want to be treated equal as all employees should be but that is not the case

There are NO pros.. this company is awful!

Cons

I was a title clerk for all of 3 weeks. I was treated like dirt under their feet. I wasn't a part of the "cliques". The office acted like she was better than everyone! They let me go for NO reason! I will always believe that it was because everyone there thought they were better than me. Plus I'm gay! They treated me like crap!
