      Pros

      The dealers are great to work with. Great experience learning the wholesale side of the auto market.

      Cons

      Senior management protects each other and can do no wrong, but is completely useless. No accountability and a lot of finger pointing. They pick and choose what to turn a blind eye to. Absolute HR nightmare of a site.

      - micro management from the senior management - small office - low salary - very low bonus when you hit your targets - no opportunities to grow
