Pros

dont hastle you if you do your job

Cons

dont know when you'll get off, 11 hour days 6 days a week and 10 minutes before you go theyll tell you you have to stay 2 more hours and that you no longer get your one day off a week. 30 minute lunches, dont dare be late

Pros

They don't deserve not even one star. Coworkers were the only good experience in that company.

Cons

I was disrespected most times by management. They have no respect or professionalism. Worse people ever. At first they are cool. After a while you see the true faces. Hiprocrates and evil.

Pros

Good benefit package, including PTO, medical, dental, life insurance. Relaxed work environment and you can dress business casual with many "jean" days.

Cons

Internal pay increases are a joke. In most cases pay is well below the national average. They will not negotiate an internal employees salary or pay increase regardless of added responsibilities or promotions. In many instance pay increases cannot be decided at the local level, many of the increases must be approved by the COO. The corporate office is very controlling and hands on- this goes well beyond the support role and is very discouraging to local management.
