None unless you are young and inexperienced, willing to work under micromanagement, and only solve problems one way; their way!

Cons

Culture, culture, culture. They only care about making money, they have no vision or plan, and have no idea how to manage change in order to grow.

Compensation and benefits, Great local employees and mid level management.

Cons

Top management has forgotten what made the company great. Company is struggling and will continue to go downhill unless big changes are made. Very low morale at the local level.

Pros

The manager Teresa in the front office is the best boss I've ever had. I can't really speak for other departments but the front office is centered on teamwork. Decent vacation, sick pay and holiday pay.

Cons

The raises weren't great, not many opportunities for advancement, no holiday bonuses or performance bonuses
