Growth, generous PTO, good pay.

Cons

They grew too fast and often couldn’t keep up with it. When I was there, they had the wrong people in management positions, which made it difficult to get work done. However, many of those people are now gone.

Pros

Benefits are top notch. 4 weeks of PTO and you dont need to work a year to get there. They give you money for the high rate deductible plan. The management is great and there is a lot of people that will help you when you need it.

Cons

Some times there are so many layoffs, you get scared youre next. Every time you mess something up you think that you could be next. You have to be liked in order not to get fired.
