Pros

Some good people and good place if you do not care about any progress or future career.

Cons

Lower management/ Application managers always looking some way to get money by any means necessary. My manager lost three senior developers and two senior analysts because of his management problem in less than a year from the team and rather than solving the issue and strengthening the team,he find it as a good excuse to out source the team work for his personal benefit and hired contractors from the same company that he outsource the project, for your surprise the hiring process takes only 30 minutes phone call for a senior developer, as far as they are coming from the company he expected he do not care who he is hiring.That is when I make my move to be far away from this team

Pros

Decent pay, good location, great hours

Cons

Very little Management support and they all tend to their own agendas. Corporate politics plays a part. The C-Level individual (Peter Kelly) would routinely come to town for what they called Town Hall meetings, and it was basically an overview of all the different business units and companies. The common theme was, the company is doing well...record profits...and yet commissions and bonuses were capped. Losing good talent because of this fact. CLEAR double standard in place. Employees are stealing (resources and time). Some employees routinely clock in and then leave for their 'smoke break' as they know management won't be in before they report back and some even show up under the influence. Nothing has EVER been done! I stopped reporting because it fell on deaf ears. And perhaps by doing so contributed to my minor insensitive comment being the 'cause for termination'

Platform technology is relevant and impressive

The Management Staff are woefully inept! TradeRev promises fantastic support, a thorough and efficient channel of communication, processes and procedures to support optimal customer service AND employee effectiveness................TradeRev delivers on NONE of its promises. Expect to be strung along when you request necessary changes for future best practices....Expect Management to do nothing other than talk with delivering absolutely no action......Expect to burn Dealer relationships due to the Circus behind the scenes.
