Typical corporate jungle. If you think you can withstand being turned into "one of them" and you can learn to tolerate what you deem to be insane business models while you wait out your superiors.... you'll be fine.

People who have worked here many years ( over 10) are making less money now because management changed the "pay structure". Little chance of promotion unless you are good at sucking up to management.
