Large company, global presence, multiple lines of businesses vertically integrated, mobility opportunities.

Cons

Limited remote or hybrid opportunities, most locations are in rural areas, employees have to be willing to get somewhat dirty, accelerated growth pose various challenges to integrate new acquisitions, hidden weaknesses are detected after materialization of the impacts.

Better than average pay. 8% (plus) annual bonus based performance Profit sharing based on age and years of service. 3 weeks vacation to start Company paid short and long disabikity Ten holidays plus two floating Unlimited sick time (don't abuse please) One day work from home Company paid Life insurance matching annual salary and can increased to 8 times salary. Reasonable premiums for medical, pharm, vision, dental. They really want you to establish a solid retirement for yourself.

Cons

Another work day at home might be nice.

Pros

The elevator staff is wonderful and works together well as a team. The office works well together as a team.

Cons

The ADM regional office in Evansville seems to have problems with elevator works and tends to just point fingers at them. This in turn causes the elevator staff to become unmotivated and really dislike their jobs. There is also zero communication between the office and the elevator staff. The office staff will state that they are going to proceed with communicating to the customers on a matter and then never proceed so it falls to the elevator staff. Which causes customers to get upset at elevator staff which in turn leaves bad reviews for the facilities and employees.
