      The only pros I have are benefits

      Cons

      Management is incompetent. You will be blocked at every turn if you try to move up. Will be notified on a Friday before you leave that Saturday is mandatory overtime. I could go on and on but to sum it up. If you want to be looked over, underappreciated, and under payed this is the company for you

      Truly dedicated and "overcoming the odds" coworkers.

      Cons

      Unstable and drastically unhealthy occupational schedule. Severe lack of leadership in management, and even more severe lack of proffessionalism and maturity in Human Resources.
