One of the largest food processors and ingredients providers. Lots of experiences, empowerment, a vast field to develop new ideas.

Cons

Management style not strategic, much more operational. Difficulty to surpass the commodities' culture towards a much more competitive scenario with new entrants and entering in the value added market.
