      Pros

      As one of the biggest company in its industry, there are lots of opportunities within ADM as long as you work hard for it.

      Cons

      One of the major issues is the lack of balance between work and life. There are excessive extra hours which at some point becomes part of the regular work schedule.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay scale, work hours, food is good in Cafe. Nothing much more here. I actually liked what I did.

      Cons

      No diversity, it's a "good ole' boy club" mentality, management is clueless, lots of clicks due to a small town feel. Nepotism is very high!!
