      Pros

      Good steady work. Company trains employees in various departments and operator positions related to mill work. Good pay and benefits. Not micro managed...they however do expect professionalism and a dependable work ethic.

      Cons

      Hot and dusty mill work not good if you have any respiratory issues. Can't be afraid of heights. Rotating shifts.

      Never have been concerned about losing my job. I have had the opportunity to spend a lot of money and feel like I have actually accomplished something.

      Cons

      Way too top heavy. Corporate excesss will eventually be too much for the comapny to handle.
